The beds were large and the whole room was romantic and unique. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, including coffee, cereal, pastries, yoghourt and fruit. The view was fantastic, the service was good. The place had a comfortable atmosphere.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and I had a fantastic experience. This place is located in a great neighbourhood and it was easy to reach by Metro. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they even offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The room was spacious and clean, with great amenities including tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which was a plus because I needed to do some work during my stay.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Stunning and marvellous location, a few steps away from Escultura de Fernando Pessoa. Good service throughout stay. Best staff, elegant atmosphere all over the hotel, very good breakfast.

Reasonably large room, a hair dryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets in the room. Location really close to the wine Jose wine bar, the center of old city and the square.

Our stay at Dear Lisbon - Bordalo Palace Chiado was exceptional. The location was central to everything we needed, making it perfect for a city trip. The room was clean and comfortable, with quality linens and a great bathroom. We were impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff, who even had a lovely welcome gift waiting for us in our room. The breakfast buffet was a treat, with a wide range of tasty items. We enjoyed the unbeatable location in the middle of everything, with lots of restaurants nearby. The receptionist was always friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The hotel staff spoke perfect English, which was a bonus. Despite being in a busy area, our room was quiet and we slept great. we would highly recommend this hotel.

The place had an elegant atmosphere. Its location was magnificent and amazing, just 5 minutes walk from a city square. The hotel was in a lively area, not far from restaurants and main shopping, many good bars and restaurants, and train stations.

Excellent service and personal care from reception staff. Beautifully furnished house with a unique blend of tradition and modernity. Unbeatable location for easy access to city attractions. Limited social space but plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. Centrally located, close to metro and tram networks.
